Gift of Solar Lanterns Amongs 32 students of Ex. Community Feeder School in Rapoka near Mardwal, Tehsil Noshera, District Khushab.
May 21, 2024Around 54 students of Ex. Community Feeder School, located in the Village of Bhoussi, faces extreme educational hurdles because there is no electricity. This becomes a big question on the future of youth and the village itself. However, recently, Hope arose for the villagers when the Lodhie Foundation and its founder trustee, Pervaiz Lodhie, decided to take the initiative to support these future heroes.
MORE THAN LIGHTING
The Lodhie Foundation's gift of solar lanterns is more than just a practical solution for lighting. These lanterns symbolise a lifeline to education, a promise that shatters the darkness and illuminates a path towards a brighter future.
BRIGHT NIGHTS
With these lanterns, students can extend their learning hours beyond daylight constraints.
BEYOND THE CLASSROOM WALLS
They can catch up on missed lessons, complete homework assignments, and delve deeper into the vast ocean of knowledge without worrying about darkness.
This initiative exceeds the immediate benefit to the students.
It serves as a shining example for others to emulate, igniting a spark of change that has the potential to transform the entire community. The Foundation's commitment to empowerment and education creates a cascading effect that motivates people to work together for advancement.
But the story doesn't end there. Recognising the additional needs of the school, the Lodhie Foundation, upon request from the villagers, has committed to assisting with purchasing school furniture. This decision further underscores their unwavering dedication to the well-being and education of the students.
